Waikouaiti Branch.—The usual monthly meeting was presided over by Mrs W. Herbert. Reports from the various group leaders showed that all members were attending assiduously to their various tasks. The Warrington and Karitane sections were functioning well, and it is, anticipated that a branch will be opened at Waitati within the next few weeks. It was decided to thank the donors of two plots for gardening purposes, and arrangements were made for an immediate start on the work. Mr J. Welsh will superVise the girl workers. The Karitane gardening group has already started work, and all the girls are keen and energetic.
