PRESBYTERIANISM IN SOUTH
AUSTRALIA

Professor Harper, of Sydney, speaking at the Presbyterian Federal Assembly, said there was a grave crisis imminent in the history of Presbyterianism :n South Australia. The Presbyterians in tire Sta'fce only formed 5 per cent, of tho population, of whom a portion was not connected with the churches. A great number of the churches were in a precarious condition,- more in need of strenuous help and monetary assistance than those in any of the other States with large richer churches. The other States shouM do something to restore the Church tk> its position. -
