FEILDING, Sept. 20. We had a good entry of sheep aad cattle. Buyers were present and a good sale resulted, all lines being quitted at satisfactory prices and a total clearance resulted. We quote:— Sheep.—Mixed hoggets 14s 4d to 14s lOd, wether hoggets 14 lid to 15s lid, ewe hoggets 15s 4d, 18s lOd, 19s Bd. Cattle: 'Mixed yearlings 22s 6d to iJos, yearling heifers 295, empty heifers 35 to £2 7s, forward heifers £3, store cows 33s to 38s. forward cows £2 9s, fat cows (light) £3 13s to £3 19s; mixed Shorthorn yearlings £2 4s 6d, 18-month steers £2 15s, 2-year and "2£-year steers £3 13s, well-bred 2 and 2^-year steers £4 Bs.
