In a largo replace advt. on page 2 Messrs. A. C. Lennard and Co. are now advertising season's bulk cider at 3s 6d a gallon in 1, Q, 5, and 10 gallon kegs. Older is an ideal drink for a hot summer s day^ being light, refreshing, ana satisfying. They are also selling the bulk cider bottled at 10s 6d a dozen qu ™tiS and 6s a dozeii pints. According to Messrs. Lennard and Co.'s quotations this season, bulk cider comes cheaper than almost any other summer drink and is sure to bo more popular than ever.

The Pickling season is coming on. lhe best vinegar either for table use or pickling is made from our Vinegar licence. A one shilling bottle makes n»ir a gallon. A one and sixpenny bottle makes a gallon. Try it. Wilton's Pharmacies.

The Castlecliff Railway Company have a special timetable service for New Year's Day appearing in this issue.
