DUNEDIN, December 28. The Summer Meeting of the D.J.C concluded to-day in perfect weather, and the attendance was again large Results :—• Milburn Hurdles. —Leeside 1, Royal Shell 2, Southern Cross 3. Also started—Storm. Won by ten lengths. Storm fell. Time, 3.37 1-5. Fernhill Hack Handicap.—All Guns 1, Pretty Nell 2, Ard Reigh 3. Also started—Sea King, Rifle Range, Cuirosettia Sonia, Apollyon and Zero. Won by a length and a half. Time. 1.17 4-5. Allanton Welter.—Sam Weller 1, Notus 2, Stepenfeldt 3. Also started— Lady Landon, Replete, Grafton Loch, Welbeck, and Steplink. Won by three lengths. Time, 1.32. St. Andrew's Handicap.—Apollodoris 1, Gwendolina. 2, Astrakhan 3. Only starters. Won by a length. Time, 2.45 3-5.
T«ihoa Hack Handicap.—^Oipoi 1, Ard Reigh 2, Brown Bill 3. Also started—Curiosity, Linda, Gypsobel. Cute, Pretty Nell, British Peer, Balaclava, Zioness. Curiosity was left at the post. Oiyoi led all the way, winning by a length and a quarter.. Time, 1.5 1-5. Grandstand Handicap. —Petrovna 1. Rose Bloom 2, Red Morn 3. Scratched —Apollodoris. Won easily by a length. Time, 1.17 1-5. Juvenile Handicap—Sir^ Artegal 1, Arzib 2, Sombrero 3. Also started —My Lawyer and Sacha. Won by half a length. Time, 1.5. Farewell Handicap.—Red and Black 1, Notus 2. Red Morn 3.
