WHO CAUSED THE FTRE?

An interesting statement in regard to the lire at the late Parliament Buildings was mentioned by Mr Massoy during tho debate on the present housing of Parliament early yesterday morning. Ho stated that the fire Mas not accidental, and that there were people in tho Parliamentary b'uiViings who knew thy: to be the case. He could not, he .said, give any particulars, as the information that he had received was of a confidential character. He honestly believed -vliat he had been told to be correct. He did not know who actually caused the fire, hut he said he would like to find out. The Prime Minister said that with the exception of rumours that were current at the time of the fire, he had heard nothing of the matter.
