Mr Asqi'i'th, representing Mr Clmrehill, speaking at the West of Scotland Iron and Steel Institute, as one who had access to statistics, said there was every reason to believe that the period of depression would pass rapidly away.
Hu believed there would be a most marvellous improvement in traclo during 1910. The question of employment' would bulk largely in the com'ii^ election.
