THE HIGH COMMISSIONERSHIP.
It is rumoured that Mr Hall-Jones may, on account of his health, relinquish the High Com mission ership next year and return to New Zealand, and pes-ibly be given a seat in the Legislative Council. The name of the Hon. T. Mc-Kenzie is suggested: as the possible successor to Mr Hall-Jones in London.
