Bulls on FRIDAY, 3rd DECEMBER, 1909, at 9 P" Weights for the First Day's Events will be declared on FRIDAY, the l<th DECEMBER, 1909, and for the Second Day's Events at the Office of the Club at 7.30 on the Evening of the 1 irst Day. Acceptances for the lurst Days Events will close with the Secretary at the Office of the Club, Bulls, on MON-> DAY 20th DECEMBER, 1909. at 9 p.m., and for the Second Day's Events at the same place at 9 o'clock on the Evening of the First Day.Penalties and Rules. PENALTIES. The following Penalties shall be carried by the winner of any race after declaration of weights:—Of the the value of 50 soys, 61b; of any race or races of hte collective value of 100 soys, 81b; 100 soys, 101b;-300 soys and over, 141b; provided that any horse handicapped at Sst 101b and over will carry only half these penalties. This rale does not apply to races. The winner of any race after declaration of weights to carry a penalty Of 101b, of two or more races 171b. RULES.
