FAMILY HOME PROTECTION BILL.

The Family Home Protection Bill which has been introduced by Mr Massey, provides that where a married -man establishes a homestead it shall not be sold or mortgaged without the consent of his wife. The Bill will be printed and circulated but will not come farther before the House this session.
