ANTI-ENTENTE FEELING.
BERLIN, May 16,
(Delayed).—The anti-Entente feeling is so strong that Anglo-American officers have been ordered to wear mufti, lest they incite the populace. There have been prolonged Government discussions, propounding counted-proposals based on President Wilson's fourteen -points. Crowds demonstrated outside the headquarters of the American Mission at Hamburg. Speakers fiercely protested against the disastrous peace terms. An officer attached to the Mission consented to forward the demands to President Wilson.
