GERMAN OFFICIAL DENIALS.
NEW YORK, May 26. The Berlin correspondent of the " New York Time*" enquired from the War Ministry regardig the persistent rumours sayinj.- that the military authorities had planned resistance against the Allies is the peace treaty was rejected. The officials denied the correctness ot the ruanoaus, and also declared that there was no truth in the reports that German scientists wero devising means of infecting a possible invading army with the germs of a fatal disease.
