JAPAN AND CHINA.
NEW YORK, May 27. The Washington correspondent of the "New York Times" interviewed Count lahii, who reviewed Japan's dealings with China in reference1 ta Kaiochau. Count Ishii pointed out that Japan had goodwill towards China, and. said that by the treaty of 1915 China had recovered entire territorial sovereignty over Kaiochau, and by accord in 1915 China acquired the right to participate in the administration of the former German railway from Kaiochau to Tsinan. Count Ishi# added that there is no conflict of interests between Japan and the United States.
