SOUTH TARANAKI WINTER SHOW, HAWERA.
This year again very special attention has been paid to th Public'Schools sections; in fact, it is the most comprehensive schedule that has ever Peen issued in the Dominion, There are classes for Writing and Drawing, Mapping, Printing, Painting, Sewing, Essays, Farm and Garden, Boys and Girls Agricultural clubs and added for the first time this year is a Forestry section for which Messrs. Syme & Co., Ltd., of Hawera, have donated a very handsome challenge shield, and the Forestry Department of the Government have donated 100 seedlings for competition. This section of jhe show has always been a, special feature at Hawera, and this year offers further facilities for still further improvements. Entries in all School sections close on Thursday, June IS. Schedules can be obtained from the Secretary, Box 79, Hawera.*
