Received from the Honorable the Native Minister, by the hands of Charles Heaphy, V.C., Commissioner of Native Reserves, the sum of two hundred and eleven pounds sixteen shillings, being full payment, to Ist April, 1874, of amount owing to us as " Ten per cents." of proceeds of land sales in the Paioterangi Block, in the Province of Auckland, according to contract set forth in the deed of cession by us to Her Majesty Queen Victoria, dated the 18th of March, 1854.
