Received from the Honorable the Native Minister, by the hands of Charles Heaphy, V.C., Commissioner of Native Reserves, the sum of one hundred and fifty-four pounds one shilling and sixpence, being full payment, to Ist April, 1874, of amounts owing to us as " Ten per cents." of proceeds of land sales in the Pua-ta-hinga Block, in the Province of Auckland, according to contract set forth in the deed of cession by us to Her Majesty Queen Victoria, dated the 23rd March, 1854.
