No. 3. The Eesident Magistbate, Hokianga, to the Undee-Secbetaby, Native Office. (Telegram.) Hokianga, 20th February, 1884. Eetubned from Whangape and Waitapu this morning. A few cases of low fever at Herekino Two have ended fatally. There is very little more sickness than in former years at this season As long as they live on the low lands it must continue.
