No. 112.—Petition of Edwaed Fawconeb Tizaed. Petitionee alleges that in consequence of a legal technicality he is unable to complete the title to his land (Kaiatenanga), and he prays for relief. I have the honour to report that the Committee recommend that this petition be referred to the Government for consideration. 21st August, 1895. ■

No. 233.—Petition of Huingapaura Eangihuatau. Petitionee alleges that she was wrongfully excluded from the list of owners of the Waihi Block, and prays for relief. I have the honour to report that as it appears the petitioner was left out of the block, in which she claims to have an interest, through no fault of her own, and as she is now without land sufficient for her support, the Committee recommend that the Government should make full inquiry into her case and grant some relief. 21st August, 1895.

No. 425, 1894.—Petition of Jane Mabia Phillips. Petitionee prays that her claims in various blocks of land in the Taranaki District may be considered and some relief granted. I have the honour to report that the Committee recommend that the Government should make full inquiry into the petitioner's case and grant such relief as may appear necessary. 21st August, 1895.

No. 451, 1894.—Kahui Kababehe. and 8 Others. Petitionees pray that inquiry be made into their claims before moneys are paid over by the Government for land in the districts of Mokoia and Manutahi. I have the honour to report that the Committee has no recommendation to make in reference to this petition. 21st August, 1895.
