Petitioners allege that the trustees in Arakihi Nos. 1 and 2 Blocks, Poverty Bay District, are misappropriating the rents derived from the same, and they pray that the land may be vested m all the rightful owners. I am directed to report that, as the petitioners have a legal remedy open to them, the Committee has no recommendation to make. 6th October, 1903.
