Tauranga Bnock. Appeal No. 79. —8y Paora te Pakihi and others. By arrangement made between the appellant Paora te Pakihi and two of the owners of the land and submitted by them to this Commission for ratification, it was agreed that the name Paora te Pakihi, m., be added to the order with an interest of four shares, the said two owners, Paiaka ltakuraku, No 45 in order, and Tenet i Rakuraku, No. 41 in order,' each contributing two shares out of their respective- interests of twenty shares each, to make up the said four shares, leaving them with a balance of eighteen shares each in the order. This request having been made in person to this Commission by the two persons desiring to contribute the four shares between them, we have therefore added the name of Paora te Pakihi, No. 547, to the list of names attached to the file of Tauranga Hlook to be included in the order for the said four shares. We recommend that this arrangement be given effect to and the order amended accordingly. The name " Pimia Piripi, f., two shares," appears twice in the order, opposite the numbers 212 and r>l7 respectively, we have therefore struck out the duplicate name standing opposite No. 547 from the order.
