The incidental allowances μ-ranteil to School Committees are intended to be used for the following purposes, viz. : — For keeping dean the schoolrooms, with all outbuildings, including scavengering when necessary. For providing fuel, and for having the schoolrooms kept properly warmed and the school chimneys swept. For making necessary repairs to the school buildings, furniture, and premises, as detailed below.
