No. 342 (1910).- —Petition of Whabeaitu and Others, of Hawera. Petitionees pray for return of Pukeoha Block, or £500 compensation. I am directed to report that, in the opinion of the Committee, this petition should be referred to the Government for favourable consideration. 4th October, 1910.

I am directed to report that, as the petitioner has not exhausted her legal remedy, the Committee has no recommendation to make. 7th October, 1910.
