I have the honour to acquaint you, for the information of your Ministers, that the Government of Honduras have denounced the treaty of commerce and navigation of the 21st January, 1887, with this country. Notice of the intention of the Honduranian Governmeni to terminate the treaty was received on the 6th October, and i! will therefore, in accordance with the provisions of Article Iβ, be terminated in one year from that date—viz., on the 6th October, 1910.
