Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Amendment Bill. The Labour Bills Committee, to which has been referred the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Amendment Bill, has the honour to report that it has carefully considered the same, and recommends that it be allowed to proceed. 31st July, 1914.

DILLIMON and 4 Others ; No. 312, Petition of Rupert ALLEfTand 15 Others; and No. 382, Petition of John Lovett and 20 Others. Praying that club waiters be exempt from the award re hotel servants. I am directed to report that the Committee has no recommendation to make in regard to these petitions. 2nd September, 1914.

Final Report. Tμ k Labour Bills Committee held its final meeting on the 29th October, 1914. During the session the Committee met on 9 occasions, the average attendance being 77. The following Bills were referred to the Committee and were duly reported upon : Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Amendment Bill; Industrial Unions and Trade-unions Enabling Bill ; Shops and Offices Amendment Bill.
