Praying for refund of fine imposed by Commissioner of Stamps in. consequence of delay in presenting a memorandum of transfer, such, delay being alleged to have been, caused by the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land Board. I am directed to report that, in the opinion of the Committee, this petition should be referred to the. Government for consideration. 29th July, 1916.
