No. 35.—Petition of J. N. Oemiston. Praying for compensation for injuries allegedly received in an accident involving a motor-vehicle driven by an employee of the Post and Telegraph Department. I am directed to report that the Committee has carefully considered this petition, and recommends that the petition be referred to the Government for favourable consideration. In the opinion of the Committee a grant of fifty pounds (£5O) would meet the circumstances of the case. Ist September, 1938.
