(c) Salary of Illustrator, School Publications Branch. (d) Provides for increase in rate of boarding-allowance as from third term, 1944. £9,200 and £1,300 provided on main estimates for State and private schools respectively. (e) Provides for increase in capitation rates as from third term, 1944. £233,000 provided on main estimates. (/) £10,000 provided on main estimates.
