Health Amendment Bill I have the honour to report that the Public Health Committee has carefully considered the Health Amendment Bill, and recommends that it be allowed to proceed with the amendment shown in the copy of the Bill hereto attached. 20th November, 1947. No. 36.—Petition of Rosina Louise Woodhouse, of Christchurch Praying for compensation in respect of injuries allegedly sustained by her daughter during hospital treatment. I have the honour to report that the Public Health Committee has carefully considered this petition, and recommends that it be referred to the Government for most favourable consideration. W. T.
