BARON HIRSCH AND THE JEWS.
Vienna, August 4. Baron Hirsch is rescinding the arrangements made at St. Petersburg by his agent, Arnold White, who lately visited Russia on his behalf. He intends to organise a central committee, with local ones in the provinces, and to steadily withdraw the Jews from the country.
