Wellington, this day. In the Divorce Court this morning the rule absolute was granted in the following cases : — Seeker v. Seeker (husband's petition), Mudford v. Mudford (husband's petition), Carlson v. Carlson (husband's petition), Longhurst v. Longhursfc (wife's petition). In the case of Malcolm v. Malcolm, wife's petitions on the grounds of adultery, desertion and cruelty, a decree nisi was granted. The parties were married in Nelson in 1871,
