1 NO RATIFICATION YET. j CONCERN AT DELAY. ( ( (Received 1 p.m.i LONDON, January 14. ( The Association of British Chambers of J Commerce sent a letter to Mr. Stanley • Lalrlwin, Mr. Asquith, and Mr. Ramsay . (Mac Donald, expressing grave concern in regard to any delay in ratification of the , economic financial arrangements made at the Imperial Conference. The Association believes that the resolution of the conference, if carried into effect, will assist in the development of ! the trade of the Empire and relieve unemployment at Home. Therefore, it hopes that he leaders will assist in the ratification of the arrangements reached by the Imperial Conference.— (Reuter.)
