Althougli it is now over a week since tlie new cluster liglits were erected in Russell street, the.y have not yet bcen used, the bad weather of last week jircventing the earrying out of tlie work of installing the wires. This work was started this morniug. and in a couple of days tlie liglits sliould be linally eonipleted.
