SAYS IT WAS NO HOAX. CAust. and N.Z. Cable). Prague, June Lb Mystery still surrounds Spacek's Channel swim. He stated emphatically to-day that he certainly established the record despite the attempt to discredit him. He repeats his declaration that the Mayor of Dover was present when he landed and is preparing an affidavit to that effect. But if the ‘dory is not accepted he will repeat the swim next week.
