The wheat market is still inanimate, tho immense quantity afloat deterring buyers. Cargoes are neglected. Prices are unaltered. The butter market is quiet. New Zealand is slow of sale at 106 s to 108 s. Danish is unaltered. The cheeso market is firm. New Zealand choicest is at 545. Babbits are dull of sale at Bd. Hemp is declining, Fair Wellington April and Juno shipment is at 324. The sugar market is firm. German is at 6s 71-d; first marks, 8s 3d. The tin market is steady. Spot, 117; throe months, 115. Pig iron, 52s 104 d, Lead, 11]. Spelter, 7 9-16. . Tho Bradford wool market is farm. Prices are unchanged. Frozen meat : Mutton, crossbred wethers and maiden ewes, Canterbury, S 11-16 d; Dunedin and Southland, 3 7-16 d; North Island, 3 5-16 d. Lamb is unchanged.
