TOO TRUTHFUL FOR RUSSIA

Relive, Minister of the Interior, informed Sir Charles Scott, British Ambassador, tiiat the Times correspondent was expelled because of the tone of his correspondence, and the Times attitude being generally hostile to Russia. He further added that he was aware that the action would provoke a great outburst against Russia, hut it was determined to read the Times a lesson.
