Respiratior, is not so free. The weakness j > does not permit a long examination - of the patient. The heart’s depres- • sion is occasionally more accentualC q'he Pope said that he felt weaker, and not so well, and would die tomorrow (Thursday). The newspaper La Tribune states that the two chief parties coming to the conclave will he supporters ol Cardinal Gotti and Cardinal Rampallo. The Papal Secretary states , that the former party is the most compact, and adds that some members of the Sacred College, desiring a short Pontificate, favor . the appointment of Cardinal Dipietro. SYDNEY, July 9.
Cardinal Moran has issued a circular letter to priests, requesting prayers for the Pope.
