THREE AIEN SUAIAIONED. [Press Association.] HASTINGS, August 13. As the result of incidents occurring during tho hostile street demonstration against Fearnley, a police agent, after judgment had been given in the recent betting cases, LFowler (Borough Councillor), M. Johnson (draper), and W. Stack, a consumptive invalid, have each beenserved with summonses to appear at the Napier Court to answer a charge that they did behave in a manner which might have caused a breach of the peace. It is undertood Stack takes proceedings against Inspector Mac Donnell for allegedly roughly handling him in the street without cause.
