The Servian press is greatly excited at the Turkisli-Austrian agreement, and insists that the qiiestion of Bosnia and Herzegovina still remains a European problem, and that Servia’s voice must be heard.
THE COMING CONFERENCE. SULTAN’S SON TO JOIN AMERICAN NAVY. (Received Jan. 15, 11.3 p.m.) VIENNA, Jan. 15. A semi-official bulletin states Tliat the coining conference will simply express approval of the Austro-Turkish -agreement. CONSTANTINOPLE, Jan. 15. Tho Sultan of Turkey’s son and nine other officers will join the American navy to study naval methods.
