SYDNEY, Feb. 20. Tiie seismograph at Sydney observatory recorded the earthquake at Persia on January 23rd between 1.30 a.m. and 6.30 in the evening. Ten distinct shocks were recorded.

[Soileger killed two police officers while resisting arrest, and it was said that he had prepared a bomb to be exploded at the residence of the Minister for the Colonies.]
