MILITARY REVOLUTIONARIES. SENT TO SIBERIA. United Press Association, Copyright ST. PETERSBURG, Feb. 22. Five officers of the Warsaw garrison have been sentenced to penal servitude, varying from six to eight years, for belonging to the Pan-Rus-sian Officers’ Union, a. revolutionary organisation. Four soldiers received similar periods for belonging to another military revolutionary society. Twelve others were exiled to Siberia. ANOTHER BOMB DISCOVERED. THE FINNISH DIET DISSOLVED. (Received Feb. 24, 12.20 a.m.) ST. PETERSBURG, Feb. 23. A powerful bomb was discovered in the courtyard of M. Honiiakoff s levidence. [M. Homiakolf -is President of the Duma.] The Czar has dissolved the Finnish Diet owing to its demand for the right of free speech in addressing the throne.
