•SCOTTISH UNION AND COLONIAL TOURS. United Press Association, Copyright (Received Alarch 7, 4.30 p.m.) LONDON, March 6i Tho Scottish Rugby Union has resolved not to participate in any colonial tour unless managed by a committee on which England, Scotland, Ireland, and Wales are equally represented. They also decline to associate themselves with any New Zealand tour until details of the gate money of tho 1905 tour are supplied 'and accounts of the Anglo-Welsh tour of 1908 published.
