The of the Boarc have, during the past few daysb beer engaged in going through the evidence already given and in inspecting, the dif fei'cnt' features of the Addington work shops: referred to by the .witnesses whe have. already given evidence. Some oi the private shops have , also been visited and the Board generally are using evorj endeavor to procure all available infor. mation relating to the matters within the scope; of ; the' inquiry. Up to the present the witnesses, f examined have been those called' either by the, Department or by the representative, of the employees, but ; the Board have -asked various : local engineering- experts to • attend, and these gentlemen will, be heard next- week..
