ORDERS FOR APRIL.
The following orders have been issued 3)v Captain C. Hellier Evans for April. —Sergeant Charles R, Spragg is appionted Sergeant-Major as from Apii Ist 1909. vice Sergeant-Major J. Kinder transferred to squadron reserve at Ins own request. The appointment o Corporal IV. J. Barlow as Actmg-Ear-i-ier Sergeant is cancelled, and he, liav Sng passed the necessary examination, is appointed Sergeant,.and is posted to the Gisborne troop as second sergeant. The examination of candidates to non-commissioned rank will be he a a the first troop parade held in the sex*ral districts to which the candidates belong. The examination of non-com-missioned officers at present acting appointments will be held dui o election of the- third'lieutenant will take place at a spmal meeting of the squadron to be held at theGai-3-ison Hd.ll on Saturday, May Ist, »t ■7.30 p.m. A ballot for all persons nominated as members of the squadron ,tv ill take place a-t the above meetmg.
