Malcolm and Co., auctioneers, report the following prices realised at their produce sales on Saturday; Roosters Is 3d fo 2s, hens Is 3d to 2s 4d, eggs Is Sd to Is 9d, preserved Is 4d. butter lOd, apples Id to 2d lb, pears’ld to 2d lb. tomatoes 2d lb, passion fruit 5s case, kumavas lid lb, cabbages Is 9d doz., marrows Is to 2s doz, quinces Is 6d case, onions irom 6s to 9s per cwt, potatoes 6s cwt; small vegetables at usual prices.
