MR. D. M. LUCIvIE. (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, May 8. Air. D. AT. Luckie, late Deputy Commissioner of the Government Life Insurance Department, died to-night. Deceased retired from the service last inly. He was 81 vear;( of ago ,-last October.
