WELLINGTON, May 24. In view of the probability of Parliament being called together on the 10th or 14th June., the Governor has altered his arrangements in regard to his visit to the Cook Islands. It is understood that the; change was made in consequence of cable advice from England with respect to the date of the Imperial Defence Conference. Orders were also given by the Government on Saturday that the alterations in the Parliament Buildings must bo out of hand at the end of the present week. The Premier states that, the date of assembling of Parliament will be announced to-morrow. „
