DEMAND A DAY’S REST. PRODUCE TRAFFIC PARALYSED. United Press Association—Copyright MARSEILLES, May 26. Tho seamen have struck, demanding a day’s rest weekly and the exclusion of colored men. LONDON, Map 26. The Messageries-Maritimes boats engaged in the early produce traffic from Northern Africa have been disastrously paralysed. Twenty-five steamers have been rendered idle.
