CHANGES IN THE DEPARTMENT
(Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, June 21. Tho following changes in the Customs Department are announced: J. p. Ridings, collector at Invercargill, to be. collector at Auckland, vice John Mills, retired through ill-heath; H. R. Spence, landing waiter, Auckland, to he collector at Invercargill; A. V. V. Penn, collector at Greymouth, to •be landing surveyor at Auckland ; W. Delanding waiter at Nelson, to be collector at Greymouth;. T; R. Herd, landing-.waiter at Wellington, to he landing waiter at Nelson.
