Tho Spanish Government is censoring telegrams from Madrid. Letters show that women, and children were trampled underfoot, and many severely injured, during the departure of tho troops, and that King Alfonso was hooted during a farewell visit to the barracks. He has postponed his English visit, and prohibited meetings of protest against the war. LONDON, July 24. The “Times” says that the Government is determined to despatch troops x- Melilla till the Moors’ resistance is overcome.
