RIVER STILL RISING. A TOWN ISOLATED. United I 1 mess Association—Coi'Yukiht MELBOURNE, August 25. The river at Jeparit is still rising. About 50 persons are homeless in the place. The town of Beulah is isolated. The inhabitants have constructed embankments for keeping the water out of the town.
The greater part of' Kerang is under water, owing to the levels breaking.
